Hey guys, what's up, it's vicki welcome back to my blog, so today's article is going to be agoodwill outlet, thrift, haul aka, the benz. I picked up 30 pounds from our local outlethere in columbia, where they charge 1.89 a poundand, my total was 57, so that was pretty decent forme um.
They actually had a lot of college kids whowere moving out of their dorms, so they got a tonof donations of like bedding and rugs microwaveslamps clothing. Shoes, like you name it just aton of great stuff.
So i also went ahead and compeverything and i wrote everything down on paper. Soi will be looking down here every now and then tokind of refresh my memory of these items that i'llbe sharing with you. I am planning on selling allof these items on poshmark.
I do cross list overto ebay on occasion and i probably will be crosslisting a good bit this summer because i don'tknow about you, but i can already start feeling thesummer slow down. It'S already started in my closetat least so i'll definitely be cross listing allright.
So let's go ahead and take a peek at theitems that i plan to resell on poshmark in ebayall right. So the first item that i pickedup was this jc crossbody bag by hobothis. One has a retail value of about 138 dollarsit's, a very small bag really cute.
It'S very cleanon the inside, however, on the outside there isa little tiny spot where somebody took a pinand accidentally, like you know, made a littlemark, so i've got to figure out how to fix thatum, but i should be able to resell this betweenlike 20 and 30 dollars. As is so we'll see, um buti will try to get rid of that, but i don't wantto ruin it because the leather is like a shinyhard leather.
So i don't know how that willreact to chemicals being put on it to remove thethe ink stain. All right. Next item is this pinkvictoria secret? These are just a pair of littleyou know. Sleeper shorts got a little dog on it um.
These are a size, i don't know. Probably smallum they'll probably sell for, like 10 bucks, i mightgive them to my kids. I don't know one of them willtake it i'm sure. In fact i might just go to mykid, because there is no size tag, so we'll seeum and there's only one list that i could findon poshmark like that on the next. Is this torridsize 3 t-shirt?
This one says drinks well withothers, and that is all it is. It retailed for 45and, um i'll, probably be able to sell for about 20bucks um and there's three like it listed rightnow in the same size, all right. The next piece isthis junk food romper, i'm pretty sure this is soldat - target um junk food.
I used to always find itin like nordstrom rack, and then i started seeingit in target all the time, but this one just saysparty time it is a size extra large. It retails forthirty dollars and it'll resell for about 20 andthere are currently six like it listed on poshmarkand the same size all right, so the next piecethat i picked up was this white house black marketsize extra small jumpsuit.
It is a strapless itdoes tie in the front. Really pretty um, this onethere's four listed like it and it retails for 98i should be able to resell it for 30, according toposhmark soulcomps all right. So this next pieceis a vintage piece. This is liz claiborne, um therewas, none like it listed in the size, medium ishould be able to result for about 20 dollarsit's. Just this cute little floral embroidereduh vest and that's all it is.
I like findinglittle vests like this. I think they're cute andunique and people tend to buy them for the mostpart. Some some of them do sit for a while. The nextpiece is a banana republic. Ryan fit trouser.
Shortthese are size, four, they are stretchy um. I thinkthere's two listed like this and they retail for78 dollars and i should be able to resell them for15 to 20 bucks. So that's not too bad for the facti paid like a dollar 89 a pound. I don't thinkit's weighed a pound all right, so the next piecethat i picked up was this and other stories ibelieve. It'S a collab with stockholm atelierand.
This one is a size 2. This is the tropical leafmidi, wrap, skirt or tie front skirt, i think, is whati. Was reading on poshmark, it has a resale valueof about 30 and i put retail. It looks like it sayseither, 169 or 69 It's probably 69, maybe or 169 idon't know it's one of those two, but anyway i'llput it up here, whatever it is, and yeah so thatis that all right. So i also picked up lula brojust because it was new with tag.
I said you knowi'll pick it up. If it's new a tag, it's just thisum, i don't know if you can see that or not this umlighting really is blinding um and then it's gotthe tag. This is the irma. This is an extra extrasmall and it's just a gray and black stripedcotton shirt. So the next items are these lululemonshopper bags.
These are just like tote bagsand. I have read where people get these for freewith purchase, they get them when they buy thingsonline. Other people say they don't get them forfree that they have to purchase them in the storei. Don'T know, but i see people are selling themon poshmark, so i'm gon na sell them too and i'mpretty sure i have sold one already. I thinkbut yeah, so this is it just some lululemon bagsall right.
So the next item are these kids i'venever picked up kids to resell because i figuredthey'd have a low resale value. I used to wear kidswhenever. I was a kid all the time like the whitecanvas ones. These are white, leather and theseare called the jump kick and they retail forlike 54.95.
So they don't have a very high retailvalue, but the resell price is about 30, so that'sactually pretty decent. They need to be cleaned, upwith, some magic, eraser or whatnot, but besides thatpretty good shape, um, but anyway, that's that allright. So the next piece that i picked up is bydurango and it is these men's boots. They arelike a chunky boot with a square toe amazingamazing. They do fit me um, so i know they're nota, woman's eight and a half they're, definitely amen's eight and a half.
It'S an eight and a halfd whatever that stands for. I could not find anyinformation on these whatsoever on poshmarkor, google. I it's like they just appearedand. That'S it like there's nobodyreselling these, i don't knowif. You know anything about these.
Please letme know because i have not a single cluei am going to price them high, because they'reclearly rare, like i, have seen none online soum but they're in excellent condition. Like theseare perfect, i don't think they've ever been worni mean just look at the bottoms like i don'tthink they've been worn at all. If so, it was likevery, minimal, um, but yeah. I was excited to findthese. I love finding chunky boots like thisuh.
They just tend to do well in women's i don'tknow about men's. I'M sure men's will do just aswell um but yeah. So there's these the next wasthis ed hardy duffel bag, which won't go for muchum it'll sell for about 20 and i needto wash it. But it's just this duffel bag. I said: there's a dollar: why not?
I don't usuallypick up ed hardy stuff because it reallyit just depends on the piece. Some pieces sell fora lot of money, but i don't bind those pieces allright. So the next item are these born sandalsnow. I thought these were men's. Sandals buti, guess they're women's these are sizetens and it says it could.
It says mw, so i think it could be men's or women's possiblyum, but these are called the andor, sandal and theyretail for 40 bucks and they will resell for about 25.
So they're just a brown leather flat, sandalreally. Nice. All right next item is this old navydress size extra large. I can typically sell oldnavy dresses. They i mean maternity, dresses sitfor, a while um, which i might put these on ebaybecause.
They do well on ebay, but these are justlittle peasant dresses this one. I have two thisone's the mustard yellow and i also have a blackone that i picked up, which i probably wanted. Toshow you it's on here somewhere, but these areextra large um retail 49 and they will resell for about 15.
There'S none currently listedlike it, so that is a good thing. Um! The nextitem is this pole stripe chanel sweater itretails for 152 dollars, and this is the label.
It'S a really nice chunky. Sweater ishould be able to resell it for about 40hoping um. The next is this beatlest-shirt. I found a lot of t-shirtsum. I would just say for the t-shirts twentybucks, because i don't i didn't, find any raret-shirts, but it's just a beatles lonely heartst-shirt.
I don't know if it's men's or women'si'll probably just sell it as women's butyeah. So that um there is none less to likeit and it retails for about 35 bucks. Soi'Ll sell it for about 20.
The next item was a pair of boys nikes, which i'm actually goingto, probably just give them my daughter, because ireally don't like selling kids, clothingbut they're, just a pair of nike, fleecepants and i'll just give them to her becausewhy, not all right. So the next item are theseum, like booties by a brand called carrie. Bluei have never picked this brand up before ithas a retail price of ninety dollars.
There is onepair listed just like it, and i should be able toresell for about 35 bucks, and i just thoughtit was in really really good condition. Andi figured why not give it a shot, try it out seehow, it does all right. So the next item are thesemusty and cloud suede boots. These are have like afringe to them. Um really cute boots, they're size41, which is apparently a size 10.
I always thoughta 41 was a an 11 and these are called the aneasor anaya's and they retail for 110 bucks and ishould be able to resell them for about 45 dollarsand there's one other listed just like it.
So thenext piece that i picked up were these converseuh in camo. I will probably sell these in themen's section um, just because they have ahigher resale value in the men's side than theydo women's on poshmark. They sell for about 30bucks on men's side where they only sell for 15and 20 on women's, so these are actually a sizeuh nine in men's and they're in really good shapethey're.
You know a couple of areas i need to cleanup, but besides that they're in decent shape, andi look forward to getting these sold all rightso. The next piece that i picked up was a vintagevictoria secret, lingerie piece.
I did find this ondepop and it sold for 60. So when i saw that iwas like well, i'm gon na pick it up. So this isit. It is just this like. I don't know what you wantto call it.
I really don't know what you call itit has a snap crotch um. It'S got black velvet andlike, glitter kind of like a glitter to it as wellas. This beautiful mesh really really pretty itis the gold label. So i think this is from the 80sand. This is a size small, so yeah iwill definitely be listing this highand.
It ties in the frontso, it's really gorgeous. Umyeah, we'll see how that does. I don't knowhow to feel about reselling like lingeriei mean to me, it's like reselling, used underwear, ina way, kind of okay. So the next item is another oldnavy dresser. This is the black one that i pickedup size.
Extra large and it'll sell for about. 15.Um next is some t-shirts. Sothe first t-shirt is a dundlermifflin from the office. This one does not havea high ratio value.
In fact there is too manylisted. That'S what i wrote too many it retailsfor 20 it'll resell for about 10 Um this is it, and the next is the fab four, which is abeatles t-shirt, and this one is a sizemedium and i saw one listed like it: it retailsfor 29 and it should resell for about 15 bucksall right.
So the next one was the starwars t-shirt. This one is a size largeit's by mad engine which is sold at macy'sand. This one retails for about 29 bucks soi should be able to resell it for about uh idon't, know 7 to 15 bucks based off of compsall right.
So the next is this michael jacksont-shirt. Um this one, i didn't write a retailvalue. There are four like it listed currentlyand. I should be able to resell for about 15 bucks. The next is this coheed and cambria t-shirtjust, a band t um.
I didn't write a retailprice, but it should sell for about 20 bucksand. This one is a size extra large, the nextis, a lane bryant pair of shorts. These are denimsize 18 Um there are three lists of leica: thati could find they retail for 59 bucks and ishould be able to sell them for about 15 bucks. Then we have these pranas i've actually soldthese pants before, but unlike a turquoise ora teal color, these ones are size. Small butthey are, i think, they're called the isadorapants.
This is them and let me read mywriting down here: they retail for 75and. I should resell them for 20. um andthere's zero listed like it right now. The next piece is this diane von furstenbergdress um. This one is gon na be an interestingdress to resell.
So this is the label. This one iscalled, the carrie dress, is that what i put yeahcarrie strapless dress retails for 445, but theresale value is nothing it's like 40 to 50 bucksum and there's. Currently, none listed in this sizeso. That is a plus for me, but it is like thisi, don't know if you can see it. It'S got likeit's like roughly like mesh ruffles all over itkind of like feathers.
It'S weird looking it'sinteresting, but i just you know straplessdresses, just don't do that well, uh of anybrand. I have yet to find a strapless dress. Thatlike flies out the door as soon as i put it inmy closet. So i don't know um. I just think alot of people don't like strapless dressesyou, know, there's a whole finding a bra thing.
Whichis a pain. You know all that all right, so the nextis, this patego t-shirt just a men's t-shirt. Andthere are zero listed like it. This is called thesunset cotton t-shirt. It retailed for 45 bucksand.
I should be able to sell for about 18 to 20.all right. So the next piece is this: j crewit's like a racerback tee or tank um, j crewfactory and it's a size. Six, just a pretty florallike a cami is what i call them: uh cami tankand this one retails for 49.50.
It should resellfor seven dollars, um i'll, obviously try to listhigher and get more out of it, but it's factoryso um. The next are these, which i could not findany like these. I don't know what the stylename is, but these are flex studio or flex umwell. This one actually has the oh. I guess i don'tneed to look it up.
It actually has a style nameright there on the bottom. This is calledthe mocking it um and it says it's a sample anyway. So it's these. I thought, they're really cutelooking they're, like a chunky, metallic loafer umthey, are a size, six, so they're little but they'rein excellent condition. I don't think they've everbeen worn, um and yeah, so these are the mockingit.
So now that i know i didn't even look at thisi didn't see this on here. So that's awesomeum but yeah. So that's that and then we haveall right so there's two more items and we willbe done so. The first one is this: felicity toteby fossil i've never picked up a fossil tote likethis before i usually pick up the crossbody bagsbut um. This is interesting.
This one retails for138 and it resells between 22 and 50 I could notfind any just like it. I did find new with tag onesbut. This is used. It does have a little bit of wearon the corners right here, um, which i'm gon na sellit as is, and so yeah we'll see how it does butoverall it's in really good condition all rightso. The last piece are these birkenstocks, these aretatami's, which i believe they quit selling thesei, cannot find these anywhere online.
Now these arein excellent condition. The bottom you know has theburke on it. Um i don't know their size, it says 43and. Then it also says m10, which i thinkthat means men's 10.
So i don't know i just figured: they were women's because idon't see a lot of men's shoes with like goldyou, know, detail like this on it, but i guessi mean obviously there's plenty of men whoenjoy having gold detail on their shoes, so idon't know i can't find Any like this at alli, don't believe they're fake, i'm pretty surethey are 100 real um.
They just, i guess whoeverbought them just didn't really wear thembecause. They have not been broken at all. Umbut yeah, i don't know i'm gon na probably listthem high, like a hundred bucks. Just to startoff because they are like, i said in brand newcondition, um and they're rare, so we'll seei, don't know all right, so that was everythingthat. I picked up from our goodwill outlethere in columbia, south carolina and i can gophotograph these items now and get them listedum.
These shoes, i will have those listed as welli'm - excited about the birkenstock, the tatami'si i just i feel like they will sell for a decentamount pretty quickly. If i'm lucky, i hope, um butyeah. I also have a huge bag sitting here in frontof me of more clothing and shoes from the goodwilloutlet i'll have that haul up next week? Also, justa, quick reminder.
